At Lift & Move Enterprise, we value your trust and want your shopping experience to be smooth and worry-free. While we strive to ensure you are always satisfied with your purchase, we understand that returns and refunds may sometimes be needed.

🛒 Returns Policy
- Return Window: Products must be returned within 2 working days of delivery.
- Confirmation Required: Please contact our team before sending anything back. We’ll provide you with a Returns Code and the correct returns address (please do not send items to our office)
- Return Condition: Goods must be unused, unmarked, and in their original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept items that have been used or altered.

📦 Handling Fees
- Non-faulty goods are subject to a 15% – 50% handling/restocking fee (depending on product type).
- Spare parts: 50% handling fee.
- Custom-built or made-to-order items (e.g., lifting slings, cargo lashings, chain hoists) may not be eligible for return, or may incur up to 100% fee.
- These charges are applied by our suppliers, and we do not profit from them.

🚚 Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the goods are faulty).
- If the replacement costs less, we’ll refund the difference (after handling fee).
- If the replacement costs more, we’ll request the balance.

💳 Refunds Policy
Once we receive your returned goods at our warehouse, they will undergo a physical inspection. After successful verification, your refund will be processed.
• Refunds are credited back to the same account used for payment.
• The refund will be initiated within 7 working days after the day we receive the product back.
• You will receive a confirmation once the refund is successfully processed.

⚙️ Faulty Goods
- Faulty goods can be returned for repair, replacement, or refund.
- Our team and manufacturer will assess the product before making a final decision.
